Hiya! Our Tweet Wheel code, when entered in the settings, seems to eat the code and not activate the PRO version, despite having just bought a new code.

    Hi,

The new version 2.0.7.1 is available for download in your account section.

Please replace the plugin with the updated version and let me know if the license activation has worked.

    Thanks

It’s still seeming to “eat” the code, it claims settings have been saved, but then still says I haven’t activated my license.

    Hi

Could you provide your license key, please, so that I can verify our end if there isn’t an issue?

Make sure you mark your response as private, so no one else sees your the details.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Everything is fine with your license key. I could activate our test website with it and the setting saves i.e. doesn’t disappear after the page reload. Odd!

Would it be OK if I looked in your WordPress admin panel? Could you share login details with me the same way you did the license key – in a private response?

    Thanks 🙂
