    Hi,

    i purchased tweet wheel from Envato and received a purchase code for my site http://www.imoveilive.com now all of a sudden my purchase code is no longer valid as tweet wheel was removed. Why did this happen? I need a valid code or a refund.

    Thank you for all your messages.

    We have moved away from Envato and issued an update to the plugin that changed the licensing system for the new one. If you are interested for the reason of the change please refer to this article on our blog https://tweet-wheel.com/2016/01/why-we-have-moved-away-from-codecanyon/

    Don’t worry though. I have some good news! I’ve exchanged your item purchase code for the new license key here at https://tweet-wheel.com. Welcome back 🙂

    I will need you to update your plugin manually via FTP to accommodate the change and get you running once again. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Deactivate Tweet Wheel Pro in your WP Admin (important!)
    2. Go to the Downloads page in your Account by clicking this link or using the top navigation. Download the latest plugin version.
    3. Unzip the package
    4. Log in to your FTP and go to wp-content/plugins/tweet-wheel-pro/
    5. Delete all folders and files in that directory
    6. Upload all folders and files from the unzipped folder
    7. Go back to your WP Admin and reactivate Tweet Wheel Pro

    Now you should have the latest plugin version and access to the premium support here on the forum.

    To activate the new license please do the following:

    1. Go to the Licenses page in your Account by clicking this link or using the top navigation.
    2. Copy the available license key
    3. In your WP admin visit Queues > Settings > License
    4. Paste the new license key and save

    Now your license should be active and receive all the updates automatically to your WP admin dashboard.

    If this doesn’t help, please do let me know and we will try to diagnose it further. I may require access to your WordPress admin to investigate the issue further as your problem involves many factors that could cause the plugin to not tweet.
