I formerly managed the TweetWheel Pro account for my office, the London NERC DTP and was responsible for paying for the license renewal. However I have since left the company. But today I received notification that the license was automatically renewed and charged to my paypal account. Please can you refund this transaction and contact the London NERC DTP admin email address to get new payment details.
I certainly appreciate your notice. I see no problem in resolving the matter in your favour and I understand circumstances. However, please be aware that it entails invalidating the license. Tweet Wheel will stop working the moment I proceed.
I can reach out to the given email address, but I’m afraid I can’t update the payment details my end. We don’t store them locally and all transactions are handled by PayPal. London NERC DTP team will have to log-in to their account on this very website and renew their license or purchase a new one.
What do you think is the best course of action, here? Would you prefer for me to pass the information onto them, or, in your reckoning, is it better if you let them know yourself?
