First I’m a pro user but can’t get into pro support from my dashboard.
Second, I was able to set up 2 queues but can only save schedules for Mon, Tue, Wed. When I try to save them for Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun. they do not save.
Additionally there has to be an easier way to schedule tweets every 5 min/24 hrs 5 days a week without having to manually type in the time.
Also please make it easier to change the #tag in the post.March 4, 2016 at 10:18 pm #2485
Thanks for stopping by.
Since we’ve moved away from CodeCanyon, if you want to carry on using Tweet Wheel and receive updates and get premium support, you need to exchange your item purchase code for a valid license. If you provide me with your Envato’s username and the item purchase code I will sort this out for you.
The latest version introduced many improvements along with better way to set up tweet timings (generating, copying). Once we sort your license out, please update and you should be all good to go.

This all has been done for you. You can now download latest plugin files and find your new license in your account section.

How do I install it?March 14, 2016 at 11:19 pm #2518
I highly recommend replacing files via FTP. If you uninstall the plugin from the admin dashboard you risk losing all your plugin settings.
To replace files via FTP follow this link http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/step-by-step-guide-to-install-a-wordpress-plugin-for-beginners/ and scroll down to the “Manually Install a WordPress Plugin using FTP” section.
Please deactivate the plugin in your admin before proceeding.
Let me know if it helpsApril 6, 2016 at 10:51 pm #2575
Finally got around to upgrading via ftp. At first when I would click queues the screen would not display. I went into settings and plugged in the license key. So now the old queue links show up but when I click them the screen just refreshes and shows nothing. Likewise when I click add new queue the same happens. What gives?

Sorry to here you have some troubles.
It looks like there is some PHP error. Can you enable WordPress debugging please and see if there is any particular error? There could be a chance that not all files have been successfully replaced/uploaded. You can try uploading the entire plugin once again and see if that helps.
Alternatively, please reply in a private message with your login details to your WP admin, so I can have a look myself.

Somehow it fixed itself. I went to look and voila it was there. Could it have something to do with cloud flare? Anyhow I have another problem. When I create the schedule it only saves Mon, Tue, and Sun. Wed, Thu, Fri, and Sat do not save. I am doing “generate” “every 5 minutes”. Any ideas?

Thank you for your message. I am aware of the problem with scheduler and aiming to release an update as soon as I can.
Please stay tuned and sorry for the inconvenience.
