    Hi Tomasz,

This is a continuation of this issue:

On May 3 the plugin stopped tweeting again. I waited a while to see if it would start again on its own, but no such luck. I didn’t make any changes during that time, aside from possibly adding new products to the store. Any ideas?

    Thanks again!

Thank you for getting in touch with me.

When I logged in an authorised my Twitter account in your WP admin, Tweet Wheel worked very well and as expected. It’s really difficult to explain what could cease plugin’s functionality. If it used to work and now it doesn’t it means there was a third party impact that cause the disruption of service. I would strongly advise you create a brand new app in Twitter App console – not only refreshing tokens. Update plugin’s authorisation when done and see if that helped.

It might sound trivial, but I find some users overseeing the characters limit of 140. When you use a default tweet templates {{TITLE}} – {{URL}} it simply takes all the title in raw format making some tweets too long. Please make sure this isn’t the case here 🙂

Also there is the issue of timezone. The plugins works off the local time visible in Settings > General. So please make sure you follow this one rather then the other.

I have in plans to issue the log of events for the free version of the plugin (premium plugin already has it) to hopefully help people trace down any problems on their end.

Let me know if any of this helped and if not we will keep looking. No worries!
