    1. Log file is Frozen will not allow me to empty it.

    2. Log file causes 2 different browsers to fail when I try to empty the log file.

    Hi Michael,

Sorry to hear about your issue. Unfortunately, we do not provide support through e-mails, so please allow me to reply in this forum topic.

It sounds like your Log file has grown to an enormous size and your browser memory can’t handle rendering it. I see three ways forward:

    1) You try and use a machine with a larger memory, so a browser has more resources available to it.

    2) You provide me with admin login details and I will have a look if my machine is fine with clearing the Logs for you.

    3) I provide you with a MySQL query to delete the log through SQL command taking your are familiar with it

    Let me know your thoughts

    Hey,

I’ve fixed the issue for you. I noticed you are tweeting every 5 minutes all week, so that makes the Log file enormous. Please consider clearing the log every couple days to prevent the situation from repeating.

I will add to our to-do list an option to disable logging or log only errors for use cases like yours.

Let me know if you need anything else

    Thank you
