    Please follow these steps:

    1. Deactivate Tweet Wheel Pro in your WP Dashboard at Plugins page 2. Download the latest copy of the plugin from your account on this website here https://tweet-wheel.com/my-account/downloads/
    3. Unzip the package
    4. Connect to your FTP and navigate to wp-content/plugins 5. Replace all the files inside “tweet-wheel-pro” folder with the ones inside the downloaded package 6. Activate the plugin 7. Use the new license key

    DID ALL THE ABOVE

    LICENSE STILL INVALID IN MY ACCOUNT

    Hey!

    Sure, I completely understand your concerns and I am very sorry to hear you had issues sharing access to your website with others. I just find it much faster to help when I log in to the WP admin of a customer myself as I know the plugin thoroughly. I will try to provide as much detailed instructions as I can instead.

    Good news is your website is actually active in the system. For this reason you will receive all future updates and have access to the premium support. However, I am worried that the plugin didn’t detect the successful activation.

    I have reset the license in the system, so you can re-run the activation and see if it helps. For this reason could you please:

    1. Go to Settings > License
    2. Remove the license key & save
    3. Add the license key again & save
