I am using wordpress 4.5.3 Hope you can help me resolve this. August 16, 2016 at 8:41 am #3767 TomaszKeymaster Hi Andy, Thank you for writing in. I am very sorry to hear that, don’t worry though. Surely we can fix it up and get you on your feet. Each error comes with a snippet of information why it has occurred, any chance you have it? It would help a lot. Alternatively, you could check your server’s error log. There is also a small chance the plugin package you’ve downloaded came corrupted (even tiniest interruption during the transfer), so you might try to re-download it. The last thing is to check the PHP version you have installed on your server. Tweet Wheel requires at least PHP 5.4, so it’s worth checking which one your are running on. Looking forward to hearing from you Tomasz August 16, 2016 at 8:54 am #3769 andymossyParticipant Thanks for your swift reply. I have PHP 5.5 Sadly I am not an experienced coder so I don’t know where to find the error logs. i will try to download and reinstall. Just want to avoid any kind of fatal errors for obvious reasons. Andy August 16, 2016 at 9:55 am #3770 TomaszKeymaster Hey, Alright then, PHP 5.5 should definitely suffice. The error log would be in your hosting panel, not on your website nor in the code itself. If you keep experiencing the fatal error, please try to grab the error message. Alternatively, I will be happy to log in to your WP admin and see what’s there. I will be awaiting further news 🙂 Thanks, Tomasz August 16, 2016 at 9:58 am #3771 andymossyParticipant OK downloaded again and this time installed OK! Do you have a template on the best way to set up please? Andy August 16, 2016 at 10:09 am #3772 TomaszKeymaster Hey! That’s super awesome! Very glad to hear the error is gone now.
