Not sure why or what happened but after the latest updates, everything broke. Very disappointed.

First I logged in after updating and all my queues were gone, I had spent weeks creating them, and creating special messages for each post. ALL gone.

Then I realized my pro license had been “removed.”

I went to reactivate the plugin and it worked, but all the work I had done with custom tweets for each post (hundreds of them) were gone. I was required to re-create the Twitter app to make the plugin work… so I went to Twitter to get new tokens, etc.

The moment I plugged all that in, the site started crashing with an http 500 error.

The moment I delete the Tweet wheel plugins, all is well and the site starts working like normal.

Nothing on the site changed while all this happened, except for Tweet wheel and WP core updates.

I’m hoping the stuff I worked on can be recovered and it’s somewhere in the database, and I’m hoping even more that this is somehow my fault and an easy fix.

    Any help?

    Hi Oscar,

    Thanks for your ticket.

With the latest update, we had to change the settings framework to move forward with the plugin, but we didn’t anticipate for your queues and templates to be gone. Both can be recovered because they are in the database and the plugin didn’t perform any delete action.

We’re working on the fix to quickly restore access to the data.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Hi Oscar,

We uploaded a new version 2.0.7.2 which introduced settings and queues migration. When you install it, you will see a prompt at the top asking you to start the migration. Please click “Start Migration” and wait till the page reloads. It should restore your previous setup from before the 2.0.7 update.

We conducted a few tests on our internal installation and settings were carried over successfully. However, I still recommend going through them to see if all is intact.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi, I’ve just posted about this as I’m also having the same issue. All my schedules have disappeared which is why my posts aren’t feeding through.

    I have version 2.0.8.
