I have an envator purchase code that I’d like to exchange for a license key please.
It doesn’t expire until 18/05/2016
I “think” this site is public, so I’m not putting my code here, but let me know when you get this and I’ll send it to you.

Sure, I will be happy to do this for you.
You can mark a reply as private and only I will see it, so your code is safe this way.
If you can provide item purchase code and envato username that would be great. I will take it from there.
Thanks!February 6, 2016 at 10:24 pm #2276This reply has been marked as private.February 8, 2016 at 2:00 pm #2281
I am very happy that you enjoy the plugin! 🙂
I’ve sorted this out for you. If you go to Account at the top of this website and navigate to the Licenses tab you will see your new key.
You now have access to the premium support, too should you need more assistance.
Thank you for being awesome 🙂

Thanks very much, I like your plugin so much I tell everyone about it, even Dave Jackson of “School of podcasting” fame.
He then created a podcast episode about it: http://weeklywebtools.com/podcast/automatic-tweeting-without-the-monthly-feesFebruary 8, 2016 at 2:25 pm #2283
Hi, I just tried it. I added the license, noticed it give me an error, then I went back into accounts and allocated the license to my site, I still get this error:
License is inactive. Please provide correct information below.
I’ll wait a bit longer and see if it fixes itself (maybne you’re using caching or something so it might take a little longer).February 8, 2016 at 2:53 pm #2284
I will definitely have a listen to the podcast. It’s fantastic news it makes your life easier.
Do you use the latest version Tweet Wheel Pro 2.0.2? Only this, the most recent version, uses the new licensing system.
Let me know and if you still encounter the problem, I will be happy to have a look myself if you wish 🙂
We will sort this out. Don’t worry.

Yes, it’s running 2.0.2
The only other thing I can think is my backend wp-admin is under https access, maybe that makes a difference?February 8, 2016 at 3:24 pm #2286
In my system it says your license is active, so maybe a little bug with the message.
In this case don’t worry, because the error message doesn’t correlate to ability of downloading future updates. As long as my system sees your license as valid the plugin will be able to pull new versions 🙂
I will have a look into the https. You might be right and I haven’t tested it over SSL. Thanks for bringing this up.

On the other hand, would you mind if I logged in to your back-end and had a look at something, please?February 8, 2016 at 3:33 pm #2288This reply has been marked as private.February 8, 2016 at 4:02 pm #2325
Thank you very much for entrusting me with the login details. With a bit of fiddling I’ve managed to activate your license on your website, too. It is a bit cumbersome, so I will definitely work on it with the next update as it has to be very easy and simple.
Thank you for bringing this issue up to me and please look forward to the fix with a future release.
Happy Twheeling!February 8, 2016 at 4:08 pm #2326
No problem, to be honest I wouldn’t normally however you seem like you know what you’re doing and it wasn’t your first request (I hate when it’s the first thing support ask for before I’ve even started building up a relationship).
Anyway, thanks for fixing it, I’m going to delete the account now.February 24, 2016 at 6:17 pm #2449
