I have your plugin in use as a network activated plugin across three sites (all sub domains running wordpress 4.81 and woocommerce) I have two problems

1.) When trying to bulk add tweets, the wheel next to the product loading, just spins continuously. There does not appear to be any loading taking place. I never get told how many products I have available to load

2.) The one site that did load successfully (after turning off all plugins) did not tweet images.

Can you let me know the cause of the problem?

    Hi Richard,

Thank you for your message. Sorry to hear about the issues!

    1) This sounds to me like JavaScript problem OR a simple server time out. Most servers (and WordPress by default) do have 30 seconds time out. It can be fiddled with plugins, so there is a chance your number is even lower. I’d recommend queue products up in smaller chunks. Have you checked your browser console log for any errors?

    2) That really makes me more confident about the time out happening in the background. Once you turned off all plugins, you unloaded the amount of data being processed with each request hence it completed faster and made it before the time out cut off. With respect to images, are you using the free version of the plugin? It doesn’t support Twitter cards and won’t publish any images.

I look forward to hearing from you!

    Do you still need help?
