HTTP ERROR 500 The settings pages appear to work as does the health check and the about page. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling in FTP (with a fresh download of Tweet Wheel Pro 188.8.131.52, but the error persists. Thanks in advance Rich September 19, 2017 at 3:48 pm #5184 TomaszKeymaster Hi Richard, Thank you for your message and sorry to hear about your problems. Error 500 is too generic to pinpoint the problem. You’d need to look into server’s error logs to perhaps find the culprit of the issue. What PHP version do you use? If it’s not 5.4 or higher, this might be the problem. Alternatively, you could copy your site to a development environment (if you have one) and enable error showing. That would tell you right away what’s the cause of it. The error is very server related, so I am afraid I cannot say much more than that without seeing error logs. Apologies, but I hope this helps to move forward. Tomasz Author Posts Viewing 2 posts - 1 through 2 (of 2 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
