    Hello Tomasz,

Thank you very much! I’m glad we’ve found the problem and you’ve managed to resolve it.

I’m currently running the PRO version – which has been working no problem at all.

I’ll switch back over to the free version shortly and hopefully, all should be ok now.

Thank you very much for your help and for sorting the issue.

    Much appreciated.

    Hey Tomasz,

    Thank you for your reply.

Here is an example of a post that is never getting tweeted. I have included a screenshot to show you that the counting (on some posts) is incorrect.

It is telling me that this tweet –> Which traffic is cheaper? Free traffic or paid traffic? #webtraffic #traffic #websitetraffic #website #seo http://bit.ly/2trvBCv <– is 154 characters, when it’s actually 131.

When I click on the tweet, it corrects the total from 154 to 131. Please see both screenshots attached.

I will install the PRO version of the plugin and feed back any other data as to why some posts are not being tweeted.

Thank you very much for your help on this

    Hello,

I am still having trouble with some of the tweets sending.

I have checked that the images are below the required size and that the tweets are below 140 characters.

    — A strange thing happens with the total number of characters in the tweet templates. Tweet Wheel seems to be miscounting them. When I go into a post, the tweet template will say that it has 154 characters (or some other high number). But when I copy the tweet and post it onto Twitter, it has under 140. When I edit the tweet template, the number corrects to below 140. But when I leave the post and go back into again, it will show 152 or a higher number again, even though this is incorrect. —

I have just purchased the PRO version on the $5 tester to see if there are other reasons why the some are failing to send.

However, I thought that I would just have to input the licence key to unlock the features, but I have to install another plugin. If I do this, will the data from the previous plugin be lost??

I have 79 posts and each with 3 tweet templates…I really don’t want to have to go through them all again.

    Many thanks

    Hello,

I’m not sure if it is certain posts or certain tweet templates that are not getting tweeted. I have over 70 posts now so it takes a bit of time to go through them all and see if they’ve been getting tweeted.

The tweet length may be an issue. I have been keeping to the 140 characters in the tweet template, but the {{URL}} link might be exceeding this. I am slowly working my way through and changing the links in the tweet template to Bitly links and checking the length.

I will try to check them one at a time. If they are still not posting that I will be back in touch.

Thank you very much for your help

    Hello Tomasz,

Thank you very much for your speedy response.

I am currently a free user.

I can’t see any images that are featured images above 5MB. I resize all my images to be no wider than 1000px and then the images are optimised by Kraken.io …most of them aren’t even 1MB.

Any other suggestions as to what might be causing the issue?

    Excited for the 3.0 version!
